Nature of the service
Textile Bridge LATAM operates as a commercial and sourcing unit coordinating textile supply, technical requirements, documentation and logistics for purchases from China into Guatemala, Central America and Mexico. The website does not claim that Textile Bridge LATAM manufactures every product presented.
Requests and quotations
Submitting a form only confirms receipt of information. It is not a commercial offer, order acceptance, inventory reservation, or guarantee of price or availability. The formal quotation sent by email, including specifications, validity, Incoterm and conditions, is the applicable commercial document.
Import and destination costs
Unless a written quotation expressly states otherwise, the buyer or importer is responsible for duties, VAT, customs expenses, permits, storage and other destination charges. Each transaction follows the Incoterm and scope confirmed in writing.
Suppliers
Supplier profiles are reviewed for technical and commercial compatibility. Registration does not guarantee approval, exclusivity, purchasing volume or public listing. Additional verification may be required before a commercial relationship begins.
Ownership, accuracy and liability
Users must be authorized to share submitted texts, images, technical sheets and catalogs. All declarations must be accurate. Textile Bridge LATAM may correct, reject or suspend incomplete, inconsistent or unlawful requests.
